Description
A centaur commission for Chris Sawyer. He's modelled after a gypsy vanner horse. Mechanical pencil on 11x14" bristol paper.
I love centaurs, but I don't often see art of them that really looks natural! A lot of times they look rather obviously like two different things put together (which they are, but...). I tried to make the centaur look as unified as one creature as I could.

I really love how you unified the two creatures to one with the markings and the seamless blending of bodies. It's very lovely, dear!
